The ladies at the Hutchinson DMV are always so helpful and knowledgeable.
It’s not at all a pain in the ass to get in and out with everything you need. I’ve been to other DMV sites and they all fail in comparison to Hutchinson.

The people at the DMV were very professional and very friendly. They were AWESOME. Making an appointment on line was very difficult. When I clicked on a date and time that was open, it would tell me that it was filled. I had to do this 10 times before I finally got one to work.

Everything went very smoothly and since I was a little early I was leaving just as my appointment was supposed to start.

Easy, fast service! Desk agent was kind and friendly. Worth the drive to avoid the long lines and chaos at metro locations.

Got my license renewed today.Everything went very smooth.Made my appt.on line.Text them to let them know when I was in lobby.Only took about 15 min.

I had a very good experience renewing and upgrading my drivers license to the real ID license. My one suggestion would be a small mirror somewhere as we have to live with that picture for four years! Coming in from a windy outside ruins any previous combing. Thanks

Except for having to make an appointment ahead of time, it wasn’t any different than in the past. Same great staff - they know what they are doing and are always pleasant.
